Overview

SC09, the world's premier HPC event, will offer a broad spectrum of technical presentations and discussions. Rigorously reviewed tutorials, papers, panels, workshops, and posters provide access to new research results from laboratories and institutions around the world.

SC's trademark Masterworks program will continue to bring leading practitioners to present case studies of successful industrial applications of high performance computing. Invited speakers will be drawn from industry and research leaders in high performance computing and SC09's special thrust areas: sustainability, bio-computing, and the 3D internet. Student research will be highlighted in the Doctoral Showcase and the ACM Student Research Competition.
